What if the chatbot doesn't know an answer?
It will say so honestly and point the visitor to your WhatsApp or contact page. It is instructed never to invent prices, offers or information about your business.
Is there a monthly cost for the chatbot?
The AI provider charges small usage-based fees, paid from your own account, so you stay in control. For a typical small-business site these costs are modest, and I'll explain them before we start.
Can the chatbot take bookings or orders?
It can guide visitors to your booking link, WhatsApp or contact form and answer questions along the way. A full booking or ordering system is a separate feature, scoped and quoted on its own.
