04 · Automation

Give your boring, repeated work to a system.

Content pipelines, posting workflows and integrations that quietly save you hours every week — set up once, running on their own.

Who this is for

Made for businesses like yours.

Creators posting Shorts or videos regularly

Small teams doing the same tasks by hand

Anyone copying data between apps every day

What you get

Everything included, in plain words.

  • Content and Shorts posting pipelines, scheduled from a folder you control
  • API integrations between the tools you already use
  • Automatic captions, formats and posting checklists
  • A simple written routine, so you can run it without me
  • Honest scoping before we start — what is possible depends on each platform's rules and your account permissions

How it works

Three steps, then you're live.

  1. 01

    We talk

A free chat about your goals and budget, then a clear written quote.

  2. 02

    You see a first look

The design direction early, so we fix the style before building everything.

  3. 03

    Build, revise, launch

Full build, your revision rounds, then your site goes live on your domain.

Pricing

Custom quote

Automation is priced per workflow, after a short scoping chat. You'll know exactly what the system will and won't do, and what it costs, before anything is built.

Questions about this service

Do I need technical knowledge to use it?

No. I set everything up and show you the simple routine — usually just putting files in a folder or pressing one button. If you can use WhatsApp, you can run these systems.

Is automation allowed by the platforms?

We work within each platform's rules and only through your own accounts and official access. If a platform doesn't allow something, I'll tell you instead of risking your account.

What does an automation project cost?

It depends on the workflow — a simple posting pipeline is very different from connecting five tools together. After a short chat I'll give you a written quote with the scope in plain words.
